Animal Welfare Institute.
AWI is a non-profit charitable organization founded in 1951 to reduce the sum total of pain and fear inflicted on animals by humans.

International Fund for Animal Welfare
We are now joined in this important work by some two million contributors worldwide. This broad base of support makes it possible for IFAW to engage communities, government leaders, and like-minded organizations around the world and achieve lasting solutions to pressing animal welfare and conservation challenges-solutions that benefit both animals and people. Over the years, our approach has been as varied as the species we protect.

The Progressive Animal Welfare Society
A Northwest leader in protecting animals since 1967. The Progressive Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) shelters homeless animals, rehabilitates injured and orphaned wildlife, and works to end animal abuse and exploitation. PAWS provides direct care to 10,000 animals each year. In 37 years, PAWS has united more than 105,000 companion animals with loving families, cared for 87,000 injured and orphaned wild animals, and made the world a better place for countless others through advocacy and education.
