A volunteer organisation that was founded in 1997. In addition to neutering of strays our aims include seeing that injured or ill animals receive medical treatment, protesting against animal cruelty in entertainment,and establishing programmes on animal welfare for local schools.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), with more than 800,000 members, is the largest animal rights organization in the world. Founded in 1980, PETA is dedicated to establishing and protecting the rights of all animals. PETA operates under the simple principle that animals are not ours to eat, wear, experiment on, or use for entertainment.
The Animal Protection Institute (API)
is a national animal advocacy nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, contributions to which are tax-deductible. Founded in 1968, API's mission is to advocate for the protection of animals from cruelty and exploitation.
The Royal Society for the Prevention Of Cruelty for Animals
Since its humble beginning in 1824 - as the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals - the RSPCA has worked tirelessly to promote kindness and prevent cruelty to animals.
